If you think about each generation -- a purebred x a non-Arabian is 50%. If the 50% is bred to a purebred, the foal is 75%, and so on. If the 50% is bred to a non-Arabian, the foal is 25% ... Basically, take half of each parent's percentage, and add them together.

Derivative Arabian Crosses:
- Part Arabian: minimum 25% Arabian blood and any other Breed.
- Anglo Arabian: Registered Purebred Arabian and Studbook Thoroughbred in any proportian.
- Arabian Pony: Registered Purebred Arabian and Studbook Pony in any proportian.
- Arabian Warmblood: Registerd Purebred Arabian or Anglo Arabian and Studbook Thoroughbred with registered Warmbloodin any proportian.
- Quarab: Registered Purebred Arabian and registered Studbook Quarter Horse or registered Paint horses with minimum of 12.5% Arabian blood.
- Stock Horse: Pure Arabian, Stock Horse and Thoroughbred with minimum 12.5% Arabian blood.
- National Show Horse: Purebred Arabian and purebred Saddlebred with minimum 50% Arabian blood.
- Other crosses include Morab (Morgan x Arab), Welara (Arab x Welsh Pony).
